What does money have to do with our mental health? Everything! In this first episode of season 3, I dive into how money affects our mental health especially as womxn of color who are daughters of immigrants. A lot of us struggle with scarcity mindset, limiting money beliefs, and wonder why we are so poor. I touch a bit on the systemic problems for daughters of immigrants to overcome so that we can rise up together and continue to uplift future generations.
